Your placement of an order at the All About Technology Solution Center constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.

Custom-Configured Product

All About Technology offers certain products that may be custom-configured to your specifications, and All About Technology encourages you to review your order carefully. Since a custom-configured product is built to your specifications, the order cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once your order is in production. Please review All About Technology’s sales and refund policy carefully before ordering.

Payment Methods

All About Technology allows you to make your purchases using any of the payment methods described below. You even can combine more than one payment method for a single purchase. Please read carefully our policies with respect to payment methods before you place your order.

Credit, Debit, and Check Cards

Whether you order online or phone in your order to All About Technology, you may pay by credit, debit, or check card. When you provide All About Technology with your card information, All About Technology will obtain a pre-approval from the card company for the amount of the order, which may result in a corresponding block on your available credit while the pre-approval remains in place. All About Technology will not bill your credit card or process a transaction under your debit or check card until your order ships.

The All About Technology Solution Center accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. All About Technology is unable to accept credit, debit, or check cards associated with a billing address outside of the United States.

Debit cards and check cards may have daily spending limits that could delay the processing of your order substantially.

The All About Technology Solution Center requires the credit, debit, or check card security code for your card for any telephone or online purchase to protect against the unauthorized use of your credit card by other persons. The security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express), or on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa, MasterCard or Discover).

All About Technology Gift Card

You can redeem an All About Technology Gift Card in the online and retail All About Technology Solution Center, or by calling (313) 218-4888. All About Technology Gift Cards can be used only in the United States. With an All About Technology Gift Card, you can purchase just about anything sold by All About Technology (except another All About Technology Gift Card) including products from both All About Technology and third-party manufacturers and developers. At the retail All About Technology Solution Centers, simply present the card to the cashier at time of payment. For purchases from the online All About Technology Solution Center or when calling (313) 218-4888, enter or provide the 16-digit card number and 8-digit PIN (to be scratched off). Please keep the card in your possession until All About Technology has delivered your order. Your use of the All About Technology Gift Card is subject to additional terms and conditions, as set out on the All About Technology Gift Card.

Cashier's Check or Money Order

The All About Technology Solution Center accepts cashier's checks and money orders as valid forms of payment. Personal or business checks are accepted but your order will be held until the check clears. If you wish to pay by cashier's check or money order, you may order by phone at (313) 218-4888. The cashier's check or money order must be payable to All About Technology, Inc. and include your order number. Please mail your payment and a copy of your order acknowledgment to our Corporate Office.

All About Technology must receive your payment within 10 calendar days or All About Technology will cancel your order. Please allow one business day for order processing after All About Technology receives your payment.

Sales Tax

In addition to the price of your purchases, All About Technology will charge you sales tax based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is billed. If you phone in your order, the All About Technology Solution Center sales representative will provide an estimated dollar total of your order including tax and any applicable shipping charges at the time you place your order. If the sales tax rate for the state to which your order is being shipped changes before the product is shipped, the rate in effect at the time your order is invoiced will apply. The proof of purchase that All About Technology mails to you will include any applicable sales tax.

Tax-Exempt Orders

If you place your order on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please call All About Technology Solution Center Sales Support at (313) 218-4888. Be prepared to provide proof of state tax-exempt status for the state where the product is being shipped. The organization or individual name on the order must exactly match the state tax-exempt certificate. All About Technology does not accept federal tax exemption certificates.

Shipping Options

All About Technology offers four convenient shipping options.

• Standard Shipping: This option is free on all qualifying products. Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within five business days after shipment.
• 2-Day Shipping: For an additional charge, All About Technology offers this expedited shipping option for most products. Products shipped via two-day service prior to 5:00 p.m. EST are normally delivered by 4:30 p.m. local time two business days after shipment.
• 2-3 Day International Shipping: For an additional charge, All About Technology offers this expedited shipping option on products shipped from international locations. Products shipped prior to 5:00 p.m. EST are normally delivered by 4:30 p.m. local time two to three business days after shipment.
• Overnight Delivery: For an additional charge, All About Technology offers this expedited shipping option on most of All About Technology’s products. Products shipped prior to 5:00 p.m. EST via overnight service are normally delivered by 3:00 p.m. local time one business day after shipment. Overnight delivery is not available for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

Remember that these estimates are for time in transit only, and that they do not apply until the product leaves All About Technology’s facilities. As the delivery of your order is beyond All About Technology’s control once your order leaves All About Technology’s facilities, All About Technology cannot assume liability for late deliveries, regardless of the delivery method you specify.

Signature is required for delivery: Most of All About Technology’s shipments contain valuable computer equipment. If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package. Please note that All About Technology is not able to adjust the shipping address once a package has left All About Technology's warehouse. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery. Please note that, if you are willing to assume the risks of delivering your order without a signature, you may authorize All About Technology to arrange for a delivery that does not require anyone to be at the delivery address.

Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally packages are returned to All About Technology as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to All About Technology, please contact All About Technology to make arrangements for reshipment.

Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of All About Technology’s carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the carrier will return the package to All About Technology.

Order Processing

The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. All About Technology does not begin payment processing until All About Technology receives all the information that it needs and full payment or a full authorization, in the case of credit card.

All About Technology will begin payment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Your order for in-stock items that are eligible for same-day shipping must be received before your local time of 2:00 p.m., pending payment processing, for there to be adequate remaining time in the day for your order to be dispatched.

All About Technology ships some products from locations outside the United States.

Overnight shipping is not available on products shipped from outside the United States.

Prices

The All About Technology Solution Center endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current All About Technology products, selected Sale and All About Technology Certified Reconditioned and Refurbished products, and third-party products. Your total order price will include the price of the product on the day of shipping plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. All About Technology reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at the All About Technology Solution Center at any time and particularly to correct pricing errors that may appear.

Product Availability

All About Technology makes every effort to ship your product according to the estimated lead times provided by the All About Technology Solution Center at checkout. The estimated lead times are in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Lead times quoted on the checkout page are for orders that are partially shipped, meaning that items ship as soon as they are available. If you have requested a complete shipment, please add three to four additional days for transportation and order consolidation processing.

Although All About Technology makes every effort to ship your order according to the lead-time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead-time changes, All About Technology will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.

All About Technology makes every effort to supply you with the products you order, but there may be occasions when All About Technology confirms orders but learns that it cannot supply the ordered products, either at all or in the quantities ordered. These occasions can include when All About Technology learns that the products no longer are being manufactured or they otherwise become unavailable to All About Technology, when All About Technology cannot source components for the configuration you ordered, or when there was a pricing error at the All About Technology Solution Center when you ordered. In those circumstances, All About Technology will contact you to inform you and, if you are interested, All About Technology may suggest alternative products that might meet your needs. If you do not wish to order alternative products, All About Technology will cancel your order for products All About Technology cannot supply and for any other products that you no longer wish to order as a result, and will refund your purchase price for those products.

Product Warranty

All About Technology hardware products, including clearance products, carry a one-year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. You may review a copy of the Limited Warranty on new products, including its limitations and exclusions, before you purchase, by clicking the appropriate link below. Certified Reconditioned and Refurbished products carry a six month Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

By purchasing at the All About Technology Solution Center, whether you place your order in-store, online or by telephone, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review All About Technology’s warranty terms, have done so to the degree you need to be familiar with them, and you accept their terms and conditions, including the limitations, exclusions, and disclaimers in them.

Non-All About Technology-branded, third-party products are, to the greatest extent permitted by law, sold "AS IS" by the All About Technology Solution Center, but may be accompanied by their manufacturers' standard warranties. All About Technology sells "AS IS" products as is, where is, and with all faults, and without express or implied warranties from All About Technology. Products sold through the All About Technology Solution Center that do not bear the All About Technology Brand name are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with any terms and conditions packaged with the products (unless the third-party product is pre-installed in an All About Technology-branded computer). All About Technology's Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not All About Technology-branded, even if packaged or sold with All About Technology products.
